About This Project

INDIGO NEEDED TO REDESIGN THEIR SITE TO BE IN ALIGNMENT WITH THEIR VISION TO BECOME THE WORLD’S NUMBER ONE LEADING ONLINE GIFT STORE. THEY DIDN’T JUST WANT TO BE KNOWN FOR BOOKS. MY ROLE WAS TO ASSIST THE TEAM IN ARCHITECTING THE PURCHASE PATH SECTION OF THIS SITE. THE CLIENT’S ASK WAS VERY EXPANSIVE AS OTHER NEWLY ADDED CHANNELS OFFERED A LOYALTY PROGRAM AND ONLINE COMMUNITY CENTRE FOR CUSTOMERS TO INTERACT WITH EACH OTHER AND STAFF. THESE ARE CONCEPTUAL DESIGN SCHEMATICS USED IN THE BEGINNING OF THE PROJECT.
